If you purchase an instrument from us and you wish to upgrade with us in the future, we guarantee a full-price allowance of the original purchase price, subject to condition against an instrument of higher value. We are happy to provide written valuations for any of our instruments.
We will also consider taking your own instrument in trade against one of ours and we will allow you a fair price for it.
