1929 French violin by Charles Jean-Baptiste Collin-Mézin (fils) € 6.600,00 Add to cart The add to cart button will appear once you select the values above A Parisian violin from the workshop of Charles Jean-Baptiste Collin-Mézin (fils) in 1929, labelled and with the trademark Collin-Mézin signature in pen on the inside back lower treble bout. It has been extensively played as can be seen by the significant wear to the varnish on the lower back, and it also shows some wear to the neck at the first hand-position. Otherwise, this is a very fine, relatively large sized violin with a correspondingly large sound. It is very easy to play, has a distinctive, dark coloured and completely open sound.
