Wordwide Shipping:

All instruments will be shipped with the string tension reduced and the bridge supported on either side with soft packing material. This way, the sound-post will remain in the original and optimum luthier-fitted position.

If you wish to have the bridge and soundpost taken down for shipping, please let us know in advance. Re-fitting of the bridge and soundpost will be your responsibility and can be done relatively inexpensively by your luthier.

All instruments will be shipped fully insured and with a unique tracking number which you can use to follow your package to its destination. Due to different service availability in different parts of the world, it is best if you contact us directly to provide a quote for you.

Returns Policy

We offer a 10 day, no questions asked refund or exchange policy.

If for any reason you wish to return your instrument, you must let us know within 10 days. packaged to the same high standard that you received it. You must also insure the instrument package to its full value and you must provide shipping and insurance details, and a tracking number to us.

On complete safe return of the instrument to Power Fine Violins, you will have the option of either a full refund or exchange or part exchange for another instrument. You should receive your refund into your account within 7 days.

How to return an item

Within 10 days of receiving an order, contact us and let us know you are planning on retuning your piece by email.

Return the instrument to Power Fine Violins, Coolnasmear, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, X35 FP79, Republic of Ireland.

Provide us with the shipping, insurance and tracking details as soon as possible by email.

You are responsible for any loss or damage that happens during a return and it will be your responsibility to make any insurance claims as necessary.
